For those of you who don't know Jana Mashonee, get to. I didn't know her until 4 hours ago and I already love her. I actually feel completely robbed that I had never heard of her before even though she has been nominated for a GRAMMY and won 7 Native American Music Awards. She sounds like the American incarnation of Adele and Duffy with a harkening back to not just 50's and 60's soul but the real Americana music of Otis Redding and Ben E. Jana's Newest creation is a treasure chest of the finest Jewels. Every one of the cuts on this album is to be savored, and is filled with a wonderful warmth that is Jana Mashonee. There is no limit to what this Lady can do. I truly believe she will succeed in anything & everything she chooses to do. I will be looking forward to every new thing that comes along.
